Let's go find our four-leaf clovers at the San Mateo High School track! Same time, different place. Here's the workout -


800(2 laps) rest 1 lap jog or 3 min
400(1 lap ) rest 1/2 lap jog or 90 sec.
800(2 laps) rest 1 lap jog or 3 min
400(1 lap ) rest 1/2 lap jog or 90 sec.
