Cinco de Mayo!

Celebrate the day with some fast runnin'! We'll be at the San Mateo track again tonight. Hopefully next week we'll be returning to our home track in Burlingame. Stay tuned....

Here's the workout for today -

Arrive by 6:00PM to warm up 4 easy laps/stretch then at about 6:15 we will meet at start line to run the following intervals...

800(2 laps) rest 90sec or 1/2 lap jog
400(1 lap ) rest 90sec or 1/2 lap jog
400(1 lap) rest 3 min or full lap jog

repeat same set on more time
