Even Steven!

Tonight it's 6 x 600m with a 2 minute rest in between repeats.

Your mission for tonight is to run your repeats at an even pace, or even slightly faster as you go along. Remember, we are back at the Burlingame Track again. It should be a nice, mild night so see ya out there!
