Well, I'm excited about the time change! Maybe a little sleep deprived right now but happy that we'll be headed back into daylight Tuesday Track again. It means that spring and summer are right around the corner.
This Tuesday their will be another home lacrosse game at the BHS track. The coaches would like us all to meet at the front gates at 6-6:15pm and we'll go for a neighborhood/hill repeat run together. It should be fun and great for building strength going into the spring and summer running seasons!

Who We Are
Many years ago a group of runners got together and started doing track workouts at the Burlingame High Track. The group is still here. Come on out and join us! You'll find everything from 5kers to ultramarathon runners - there's sure to be someone running your pace!
When? Where?
We meet at @ 6:00 - 6:15pm on Tuesday nights at the Burlingame Highschool Track in Burlingame, California. You don't have to do the track workout assigned (but they are painfully fun!) Go at your own pace and make friends.
