In the Long Run

Hi Everyone!

Today we have some relatively long intervals to help kick up that aerobic capacity -

Arrive by 6PM to warm up 4 easy laps/stretch then at about 6:15 we will gather at the start line to run the following intervals:

1000(2 1/2 laps) rest 3 min or jog 1 lap 600(1 12 laps) rest 90 seconds - 2x

The weather is improving...so come on out and play! See you in San Mateo.

Longer intervals are good to do. The workout sounds good@
